I will be with you daily, in-person, for organic 1on1 training with a regimen aligned with your personal goals and and abilities monitoring your workouts and Nutrition throughout the entire training sessions paid for. You will have a personalized Nutrition Plan while tracking calories, macros, micronutrients etc. and a Workout regime according to your goals to ensure you stay on track. I'm the Coach, you're the Player; follow the playbook and we can get that Championship! Take Heed that it could take more than 12 months to achieve your goal(s); everyone's progress/journey is different! We will be as disciplined as possible and go hard to get and maintain long term results.
