Designed to be dropped from a height, the Force USA® Ultimate Training Bumper Plates surface are made from high-quality solid virgin rubber providing shock absorption with an under layer of recycled rubber, protection for your floor and reducing noise during your weight lifting workouts. The Olympic sized (50.4mm) collar opening is fitted with a stainless steel insert for more excellent shock distribution and absorption. Technological advancement has given this range of bumper plates denser plates resulting in lower bounces, perfect for all your lifting needs.

Black in colour, each Ultimate Training Bumper Plate has a distinctively smooth finish and clear print markings displaying the proud Force USA name and size in kg. These print markings are coloured relevant to the size, making them recognisable at a distance. As per IWF specifications, 10kg is represented by green, yellow for 15kg, blue for 20kg and red for 25kg, we also offer a 5kg weight plate with white markings.
