In 2023, Coach Rachel Dillon teamed up with Issy Mathers to program the ultimate 6 Week Training and Nutrition Challenge - Train Like Issy. Since then, we have received countless requests from our community to bring it back!
We are excited to announce that Train Like Issy is now a Program within the MWU App, with new intakes beginning every Monday.

Throughout Issy's journey, she has gained a deeper understanding of training, nutrition, and the power of discipline to transform her mind, body, and lifestyle. She has overcome her fears in the weight room, learnt how to fuel her body, and now wants to help empower other women to do the same.
