Our TWG competition plates are specially designed to have a standard diameter of 450mm and meet the International Weightlifting Federation (IWF) standards. The plates are color-coded based on their weight, allowing athletes and coaches to easily distinguish between them during training or competition. Competition plates offer accurate weight measurements and minimal bounce when dropped, making them ideal for weightlifting exercises like snatch and clean and jerk.

Made from durable and long-lasting materials, these plates are built to withstand the toughest workouts and provide consistent and accurate weight measurements.
