Sizing:
Small - Rope Length of 8 feet (245cm) - ideal if your height is 142-158cm (4'8"-5'2")
Medium - Rope length of 8 feet and 4 inches (256cm) Ideal if your height is 159-173cm (5'3"-5'8")
Large - Rope length of 9 feet (274cm) ideal if your height is 174-188cm/5'9"- 6'2"
Micro adjustments can be made to shorten length of the rope by popping the cap on the handle and using pliers to unlatch the metal clasp.
Care Suggestions:
We highly recommend only using the TWL Drag rope on smooth surfaces such as gym flooring or polished concrete. Use on rough surfaces will quickly shorten the life of the cable which is uncoated.
We have added a plastic guard to the rope. Always ensure this plastic guard is at the bottom of the rope in your standing position to ensure the maximum longevity of the cable.
